While overall home sales slowed in November heading into the holiday season in New Jersey, one county continues to see properties sold in less than a month, the latest data from shows.

Homes sold the fastest in Union County within a median of 30 days, according to the data. Homes took the longest to sell in Salem County at 62 days.

Statewide, homes sold within a median of 43 days. That’s four days longer than a month earlier. Nationwide, homes remained on the market for a median of 52 days.
